Withhold not Words

Withhold not Words

Do you withhold words from me?
MiLady.
Withhold not words from me

Come what may, do I long to be,
Ever in an unending stream of your voice
In its sound, to swim till drowned I be

For thirsty, dry am I
Unto the sunny summer desert, likened
Gravely parched, absent you voice.

Withhold not words from me
MiLady
Withhold not words.

Sundered by distance apart
Torn from her kiss
Severed her warm embosom,

To whence shall I solace fine
But the piece to hold of hope
Her voice

Withhold not words from me,
MiLady
Withhold not words

Source for my soul
My hearts enchant
Meat for my mind, upon to ponder.

Have this not from me
Not this, not my hope
For in it shall I rest find

Withhold not words from me
MiLady
Withhold not words.

When sings the birds, at night,
When up the crisp antumn,
Amist the cool calm atmosphere,

I will have MiLady in call
Have you gone far in sleep
I will your voice hear, shepherd rest mind.

Withhold not words from me
MiLady
Withhold not words

My call, take, she will not
Late the hour, late the night.
MiLady will not take mecall

In tears, meself, I to sleep cry
Hope, hope, hope, hope,
I hope the morning brings.

Withhold not words from me
MiLady
Withhold not words

Come what may, do I long to be,
Ever in an unending stream of your voice
In its sound, to swim till drowned I be.

Withhold not words from me
MiLady
Withhold not words
